Organizational Mission Statement

The mission of the Guadalupe Appraisal District is to achieve equalization among all classes of property by maintaining the highest standards in appraisal practices and law, guided by the goals of providing quality service to the public, developing high-performance employees and by creation of automated programs to expedite work flow, all oriented toward the highest ethical standards and transparency relative to professional appraisal practices.

 

Daily Mission Statement

The mission of the Guadalupe Appraisal District is: to carry out the statutory appraisal responsibilities in a fair, equitable, professional and efficient manner; to welcome and encourage property owner participation; to provide full and unobstructed access to public information in a respectful customer service oriented manner; and through our actions, demonstrate true concern for our community and fellow citizens.
